After School Clubs

We LOVE that we have the opportunity for our students to be enriched in many opportunities after school here at Park!  On this page you will find information about upcoming clubs updated as the seasons change.

For all of our after school clubs, we do need to reach a MINIMUM of 5 students to be registered to run the club.  If we do not get enough students signed up by the deadline, we will either postpone the start date OR cancel the club and will refund the registration fee.

If you have any questions about our after school club offerings or have ideas, please contact Jen Henshue at jhenshue@theparkschool.org.

Book Club (Grades 2-4)

We are conducting our annual book club session but with a twist this year! We will explore different genres of books and delve into students' favorite topics and reading styles. Our sessions will be conducted in a fun, workshop manner. Students will meet in their book club and discuss what they have read with their peers and teacher. They will dig deeper into comprehending what they have read by answering guided questions, playing games, and creating projects to show their comprehension. These skills and strategies will be useful for all students in the classroom.

A healthy snack will be provided for each meeting. The program is open to students in Grades 2-4 and designed to challenge and inspire children of all levels and abilities.

Meets Mondays from 3:15 - 5:00 PM
Dates:  January 13, 27, February 3, 10, 24
