Saturday Events at The Park School

A lot is happening at Park this Saturday!

Run a 3K. Come and run. Register for the Warm Up to Winter 3K here. ($20 Advance, $25 race day.) Register online or in person. Make a donation at the race of gently used winter clothing and gear to support Harvest House and/or Colvin Cleaners Coats for Kids.

Country Fair is this Saturday, October 13, from Noon-3:00 PM. Everyone is invited, including current and past Park School families, alumni, prospective families, and all friends of The Park School!

This fall festival has been a Park School tradition since the 1930s. Come for a day of fun, food, and games for kids of all ages! Enjoy Senior Class Chili and lemons and peppermint sticks. Throw a sponge at your favorite teacher or the Head of School! Our friends from the Oles Family farm will be here selling delicious vegetables and pies, too! As always, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County.

Park's annual Book Fair will be taking place in the Library so be sure to stop in and pick up some new books!
Calling all Alumni. The co-ed Alumni Soccer Game starts at 1:00 PM. Hope to see you here! Let's go, Park!
Founded in 1912, The Park School of Buffalo has the distinction of being one the oldest Progressive schools in the country. Park is an independent, co-educational school serving approximately 300 students enrolled in prekindergarten (3 and 4 year olds), lower school (kindergarten through grade 4), middle school (grades 5 through 8), and upper school (grades 9 through 12). Park is uniquely situated on 34 beautiful acres in Amherst, New York. The School’s campus – formerly a farm – includes a pond, marsh, gardens, and a greenhouse while being located just minutes from downtown Buffalo and easily accessible from many communities throughout Western New York. Park’s educational philosophy embraces active, student-centered learning, delivered by exceptional teachers who design and continuously update a robust curriculum. Faculty members approach each student as an individual within the context of a kind and respectful community. From the preschool years through college preparation, The Park School of Buffalo helps learners realize their own unique potentials and prepares them to be confident, successful, life-long learners.
