Thanksgiving Feast

With the bustling Holiday season upon us and our calendars quickly reaching capacity with festivities, Park paused to share in a family-style Thanksgiving meal and to recount the many things we have to be grateful for!  We kicked things off with an Indigenous Land Acknowledgment that recognized and showed respect for Indeginious Peoples traditional stewardship of the land we now occupy and that they will forever have an enduring relationship with. While each table discussed what we are thankful for, our Seniors served a feast with all the trimmings!  From PreK - Grade 12, members from our student body expressed gratitude for visiting Grandma, clean water, the arts, accepting communities and many other things. There was an abundance of food and displays of gratitude and for that, we are thankful!
